Terms, Conditions, Plagiarism Policy and Publication Ethics

  • Anti-plagiarism guidelines apply to studies accepted to the symposium. Each submission will be checked for similarity using iThenticate-Crossref before being forwarded to the scientific committee. For more information https://www.crossref.org/services/similarity-check/
  • Studies containing plagiarism will be rejected without evaluation.
  • All papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee in a double-blind process according to strict evaluation standards for originality, quality, and suitability for the purpose of the symposium.
  • Authors whose abstracts are accepted must follow the rules set by the symposium for presentation (oral or poster) and full text writing
  • Full texts must be submitted by the deadline
  • All submissions should be original, and should not have been published in any previous publications. 
  • Full texts must be submitted in the formats (.docx and .doc) specified by the symposium.

Abstract Book

Your abstracts will be published as an e-book by Ondokuz Mayıs University Press with an ISBN number.

Full Text Publication

Your full text papers will be published as an e-book by Ondokuz Mayıs University Press with an ISBN number.

Submission of full texts is not mandatory. Participants who prefer to publish their work as an article must apply from the relevant journal’s page.

Full Texts Book

Selected full texts will be published by Ondokuz Mayıs University Press as book chapters.
